  • I have not gotten into a "bad" argument, but have had several back-and-forth conversations (mainly on political or religious questions). Most people on AB seem to enjoy a good debate and are civil, but I usually try to avoid those I sense will not provide any meaningful arguments or are abusive.
  • Oh now this is opening a can of worms! This type of question, while its intent may be good, has the potential to start arguments. Pointing fingers rarely has good results after all. I have and I see no need to say who it was with. However, I will say that the individual was mature enough to apologize and I was mature enough to accept such a rare apology (you know who you are :). We have been able to get along quite nicely ever since. Enough said.
  • I got into a bad arguement with someone from Australia but I can't say anymore or I will get bashed beyond belief.
  • Yes I have with another person who had strong ideas as I have , we settled our differences and are now friends again. Sorry I have no intention of mentioning names it is over and done.
  • I have had some pretty lively discussions, I must say. Lost patience on occasion. Can't say they were really 'bad arguments' though. I'm not saying who it was, and I don't think that is a very wise or polite question to ask! Certainly it is unwise and impolite to answer it...
  • Question one; yes. Question two; I'm not going there either, let's just say if your looking for an argument, look elsewhere, but if you feel you must spout something one sided about Politics or Religion.
