Hell yeah they do. Everything does. I believe that existance is the material expression of "soul". Every rock, tree, drop of water in the ocean has a soul and certainly every living creature does. Its humanity's greatest mistake to have forgotten that.

Yes, of course they do as do cats. They are more pure of heart and deserving of endless life than humans you know. If It is supposed to be a "just" God upstairs He would reward the pure in heart first...at least I hope so! :)
