Do you think that there are too many laws these days? Wouldn't thinks be better if people were taught to use common sense more?

Yes, things would be better if people used common sense more. But if you can't legislate common sense, I guess you can't expect people to come up with it on their own.

We are becoming a Communist Nation because of the overload of laws. Telling us what we can and can't do. Where is our Freedom nowadays?

its not too many laws its too many loop holes in the laws we have and idiots that are willing to capitalize on those loops holes

I wouldnt say to many, I think they are out of date, not tough enough, or there is are too many ways to manipulate it if you can afford a good lawyer. Why do some people get 10 years for Murder and others get life, for the same identical type of crime?
