Anyone ever answer a question on answerbag seriously, without using sarcasm or writing wierd answers?

Alot of people come on here to take a break from reality, so they are going to not be serious all the time. I know for myself, I like to have fun on here. But I do run across a question from time to time where I feel like I might be able to give good advice based on my experience - with those, I'll answer seriously.

If it is a serious question and I do have an accurate answer from training or experience, I will answer seriously. I will help if I can. I come here for many reasons. To help, to have fun,to connect with others with same or different ideas. I enjoy the jokes, enjoy the deep discussions. If I disagree with an opinion I may put my point of view or I may ignore rather than argue if it is becoming heated. It depends on the subject. I hate intolerance and judgemental people. I avoid politics in the main and rarely answer questions about religion unless it is a misconception about atheists or agnostics. I will flag offensive hatefilled questions.

Of course .. if it's a serious question. But, I prefer to answer questions that allow answerers to be serious or silly. If someone only wants serious answers, they can specify that in their question or mark it as "educational".

Depending on the question, I may or may not use sarcasm or otherwise be a smartass. As for "weird" answers, sometimes the only correct answer is obscure and/or counter-intuitive enough to qualify as "weird". More often, my "weird" answers are in-depth enough to go over the heads of many people though.

I'm not sarcastic, unless you are to me first, then I politely just tell you I'm not posting where you are any more...BUT some times when you know it's a funny Q. sometines, I just have to answer with something funny, like the guy who asked about chicken lips and whistleing lol that was funny lol +5
