    I don't pay any attention to what he says,and rarely listen to news about his antics.I wouldn't doubt it for he says many wacky things.

    I can't say that I have heard everything that he has said, but I very strongly doubt that he suggested any such thing. Whenever such a suggestion has been made by a caller, Limbaugh has been very quick to point out that that is not the way things are done in this country. However, knowing Limbaugh, I would suggest that he may have said something tongue in cheek that some liberal pundits then took out of context with the intent of trying to make it seem as if he did suggest such a thing.
