There is no particular food or medicine that could help our memory. But if we keep exercising our brains by recalling things from the past on a continuous basis our memory remains fresh. The neuron pathways in the brain don't get closed and fresh pathways get formed. That is one reason why I like Answerbag. Seeing the questions here things from the past are instantly recalled and put down as an answer. What I said about the neuron pathways in the brain just now is one such instant recall of something I read long back. Keep abeing and your memory will remain intact. All the best.
