  • I like to be honest on this. Certainly I am not a bad man so I will not think about taking it fully. Certainly I am not a good man so I will not think about giving it fully. Nett result. KEEP SOME - GIVE SOME. Howzzaat. Lovingly Maggge.
  • If it were marked, I'd give it back. If not, that sucker would be mine.
  • KEEP IT, honestly... Every "authority" I know is crooked, and if I gave it to them, they'd keep it. (or most of it)
  • I would not keep it but I would not give it to the 'Authorities'. I would give it to a charity of my choice anonymously. The Authorities would hardly ask them for it back.. well, they might.
  • give it back i don,t worry about lookin over my back !
  • do you even need too ask that question?
  • Turn it into the police, of course.
  • if its my Government's money I'll definitely keep it becoz the morons will spend it on unnecessary stuff anyways...
  • I just might walk right past it. Huge quantities of cash dumped in obscure places is sometimes an indication of illegal activity. You may not want to be seen picking up bad guys' cash. Maybe walk out of sight, open the cell phone, and call in with the location of the stash so a stakeout can be staged.
  • I would keep the money and I would give the bag to the authorities.Well maybe just drop it off.
  • I would turn it over the authorities. In 20 or 30 years. +5
  • I would KEEP it and watch the newspaper - TV for anyone claiming to have lost that ammount of money ... IF they could identify the ammount and color of the bag etc ... then I would turn it over to them ... +5
  • I have found a bag of money, stuck in the night drop of the bank that I use. When I opened the night drop someone had left his night-drop bag in a shopping bag which had become wedged in the chute. I took it out and took it home. But the next day, after opening it and discovering about $3000 in cash and many thousands in checks, I decided to return it. So I put the checks and the money into a manila envelope and dropped into the nite drop the next night. - Although I knew of the small company whose money it was, I didn't know anyone there personally. I had seen their trucks on the street over the years. - I just felt it was wrong to take it--though not wrong to think about taking it. Had it been the telephone company's or especially a bank's money I might have felt better about keeping it.
