How to make an auto light switch for light?. . Eg.: will turn on at 6pm and turn off at 6am. So that everytime we will leave the house, thieves will think that there is someone inside? ..

    Go to the hardware store. I believe they sell these at Wal-Mart, too. (MAY be seasonal, for Christmas lights, there.)

    Buy a plug-in-timer. They have simple ones (simple on-and-off) and at least ones with each hour on-and-off. Apparently, based on the link provided by Lonely at http://www.answerbag.com/a_view/8365177, they have weekly and more, too, but maybe not at the hardware or Wally World. ;-)

    Take it home, set it correctly (follow instructions), plug it into the wall, plug in the lamp(s) (or whatever), and VOILA!
