My ex wife put her phone and other bills of her's in our 4 year old son's name. What can I do to help protect my son?

Ever heard of criminal impersonation? this is what your wife is committing.

My question is why?

- Her credit was ruined in our divorce when she cleaned out our savings and called my job everyday to get me fired. I could no longer afford to pay most of my debit and I am currently trying to file bankruptcy. She left me for someone and tried to hurt me but forgot our debits were joint
