  • I think it would be a great step forward in cleaning up a lot of dirty kitchens, if the customers had that option. But I'm sure more restaurants would close down. I've seen what goes on in the backside of many high class places, that would shock the average dinner and they would never return. The "Mom&Pop" operations are always the cleanest. +5
  • I think it would be a great idea. It would keep the cooks in line and it would foster confidence with the customers.

  • If you only knew what goes on in the kitchen of some Chinese Restaurants, you would barf. I witnessed a man taking a leak in a five gallon plastic bucket in the kitchen, because the plumbing had backed up and they had no running water. The million dollar question here is: did he wash his hands afterwards?
  • As a customer, yes; as an owner, no.
  • I would want it because it would keep them honest. But I probably wouldn't watch it.
