The only way you will know is if you figure out how many calories you burn in a day without excercise. Lots of websites have that information, Than figure out how many calories you burn during your workout sessions. Figure in your caloric intake, every 3500 calorie deficit equals 1 pound. You can actually get pretty close. good luck:)

You may well lose weight..but of course that will depend on what you eat and drink..your metabolism will also play a major role in weight control..
