A beach restroom. The floors are always wet and sandy, and I have a strong suspicion that the wetness isn't all caused by ocean water. Due to the fact that there's a urine smell, it's hard not to believe that there's pee mixed in with it.

On blacktop pavement during a hot, Charleston SC day! I remember seeing a frog demonstrate how undesirable this is. He started out hopping slowly along the shady grass beside the road on a 100 degree, sunny day. Then he hopped onto the road to cross to the other side. See if you can tell where he hit the road: hop...........hop...........hop...........hop...........hophophophophophophophophophophophop! It was FUNNY to watch!

I had burnt the soles of my feet once when I was on South Padre Island in Texas and walked from the parking lot to the water. The beach was pretty wide I had suddenly to run because the pain grew unbearable, caused by the hot sand. That was the last time I attempted this without having sandals on.
