I need help? i let my daughter father keep her for 2 months while i went to school and work and i kept her while he worked at night now he wants full custody can he get it?

    Well if he has a penis then he only has a 15% chance of getting custody, as opposed to your 85% chance.

    The reason you get an 85% chance is so that it's easier for the state to own your child, as it's easier for the government to control women than it is men, so in the end, none of you get the child, the State gets her, and they might even let you see her now and again, so long as you tow the line.

    how can people be so selfish?????why not share the kid, the kid needs both of you, even if you both didn't sacrifice being together for her sake at least give her the best and all that you can, do not do this, he can get it if they have all the reasons and money but heck both parties should agree, not taking fully of something, it isn't a cake, its a kid

    Did you abandon your daughter? He has no chance if he was just helping you out. Unless you are flat broke and the child is in need of a better life and the father can provide it, he has no chance. If I were you, I would find another baby sitter. This guy is shit and can't be trusted.
