We tried it and I don't think it did anything but taste really bad. It's kind of like Alka Seltzer with the fizzy tablets.

No. They say if you take it before a cold or flu you will have relief within 2-3 days. That's exactly how long it takes to get over these without taking any remedies. A big news story was done on Public Radio recently. It's a big scam.
