Try to stop eating fatty foods. Chocolate is the big thing, there is something in chocolate that makes acne breakout. Drink lots of pure foods and water. But too much water can cause problems too. Good luck!

try to not touch your face, wash your hands often, use a nail brush and wipe of access oil during the day. polysporin after washing your face at night makes a good spot treatment
