Help answer this question below.

I have 2 dogs both 12 yrs old they are due their booster injections this month do they really need them..

    That would depend on their general health. They are reaching the upper limits of a dogs life span, they may, therefore, have ailments that would be worsened or aggravated if they took boosters.

    I do not know your dogs, their general health, their living conditions thus I can not give you any real answer except to discuss this with your vet.
