Their entire police department should be SHUT DOWN! Here's how you do that:
Make sure you and everyone you know, NEVER BREAK ANY LAWS.
If the cops have NO WORK to do, they will be laid off, and eventually, due to lack of work, their department might cease to exist.
There really ARE communities in the USA with NO CRIME and NO POLICE DEPTS.

No police department does not mean no police. Many cities just contract out their police work to the Sheriff or other agencies.
