Yes, I have a dictionary, and I'm sorry to spoil it for all those who haven't read it, but it was the Zebra that done it.
I picked up one of those huge unabridged dictionaries from a school library that was closing. Here in California, everything that has to do with education is being shut down by the governator.
I just use the dictionary on the internet.
I'm not like you who know all the words already ;)
No, I own several dictionaries and a thesaurus. I'll probably never know all the words in a dictionary.
I have to say I am not as good as you, not only do I own a dictionary I also have the Websters page on my book marks.
Yes. I own a electronic dictionary.
We have a couple of them because I have PLENTY of words to learn yet!!
I have a pre-programmed button in my Firefox browser for m-w.com. Bitchin'
Naw a pictionary, I like dem pretty pictures.
*Naw you have to have a dictionary especially if you love to write.
A big Webster was my first buy when I came to the USA in 1984 - but I hardly ever look into it, I am pretty good with vocabulary and spelling. I always owned dictionaries like that, also in Germany. Even with a background in Latin there could be an unknown word and that would bother me.
funk and wagnalls; I only know that I can never "know" enough. ;)
I own an English dictionary, but use it rarely. (I also use my French dictionary rarely)
I mostly use my Danish dictionary and Spanish dictionary.
I have to own a dictionary.. there are still soooooooooooooo many words to learn
Very much *UNlike you*, I gotta have one handy, so I've several.
;-)
Of course I don't know all of the words.

I own several dictionaries! Oh I have a lovely one - 1951 OED - the word "computer" is not in it! As a child, from I was old enough to read, i used to sit and read that dictionary - just flicking from reference to reference. Marvellous!
I also have an old Samuel Johnson dictionary - where the letters 'i' and 'j' are used as one letter... lovely!!!
