Pregnancy has no bearing on whether or not you can get a divorce.
Visitation will likely be decided by a court if you two don't work out an arrangement on your own and he decides to press an issue.
As for when, if he got a lawyer right now, the whole thing *could* be decided before the child is even born. It basically depends on when you two either settle it yourselves or get a court ruling.
Why not wait until the baby is born -- you are being selfish.
Would you be angry if someone called the CPS or the CAS on one of your parents?
