Why bother covering it at all? Just say to the interviewer, "Sorry, but my hair is short because it was cut as part of my Halloween costume, for a party I attended. I won first prize."

You're reading I used to have dreadlocks but I shaved them off. My hair is in the process of growing back so right now its maybe 3/4-1 inch long. I have an interview tomorrow but just with a fast food place. Would it be best to cover my head, and with what?

Yeah, possibly...I mean I dunno. The thing is, it's not really a HAIRCUT. I just sort of shaved it all off a month or two ago, so it's not exactly, you know...awesome looking. hehe.
