Landlord mom asulted me.i drive bus pick up her grandkids they tell stories that arent true. my landlord got tired of listening to his mom complain and has asked us to move out in 30 days.we paid on time unless he was in jail.can he evict us on that

    Giving notice to vacate may not be an eviction. Read your lease. It may give the landlord the right to have you leave with 30 days notice.
