What does it mean when someone puts a red light in their window for everyone to see?

    Well the old lady Ms.Ruby that lived down the street in the house on the corner had one, and my dad always said that men could go there and pay to spend time with a woman. So maybe that is why. Instead of a blue light special, she had red light specials.
