There are feww web site services available, webs.com (formerly freewebs) is a good site, with lots of options and you don't need html knowledge. The site will have ads, which you can get rid of if you subscribe and pay for more options

You have a TON of options from your internet provider to a free web site service to purchasing your own domain. I have several hosted free without ads on http://www.byethost.com which is about as good as it can get for free plus you can even get a free domain name there. Once you set up an account there they have several more options from an instant script setup tool to a simple web page builder.
