Help answer this question below.

I can see the picture on my tv but no sound. The tv is not on mute and the volume is all the way up. Any suggestions?

Check your input settings located on the remote. It can be Stereo, SAP etc. That might do the trick.

check the sap button.lol i had a buddy who took his tv cause i accidentally hit the sap button..oops.lol
