    just move the bckd.sys file to any location that you choose... C:/windows/system32/drivers/bckd.sys then restart ur pc. just ignore the warning k9 web protection corrupted you can see that the message says "you will not be protected until you reinstall" that means k9 is completely disabled....if you want to rollback those changes just simply move the bckd.sys file to its original location C:/windows/system32/drivers/______

    copy all the files from "C" drive and then format the "C" drive ........and then install xp
