  • There should be a small screw on the t-stat housing you have to loosen it slightly while the engine is running let the engine come up to temp with it open, fill the radiator befroe tightening it If the engine is hot, be careful when loosening the screw the coolant will be under pressure If you can squeeze the upper radiator hose together it should be safe to open the cap and screw If you nned more info reply by adding a comment below
  • There should be some kind of valve at the highest point in the system. Fill while the pump is running until you see a steady stream of coolant, no bubbles, coming out. At least that's the way it works with my old M-B 220d. +3
