How do you get on with your mother-in-law?

I have a wonderful mother-in –law and father-in-law. We get along very well. I am blessed.

Well, I had a mother in law at one time, and we were like cats and dogs. Her being the dog and me getting chased by her and her pack of dogs. LOL, no we only got along every once in a while. She alwasy felt that her oldest son was just too good for me. Funny, my family thought that I was wayyy to good for him. Yeah, I caught her telling my son one day that she was his mother. Yeah I did. After that, I just quit speaking to anyof them. We all have a very complicated relationship, which I ended about a year and a half ago.

She lives 5 states away ...saaaaaweet!!!She doesnt like me because I am dark complected (Spanish.Italian and Apache)she said to me when I met her"your not one of us are you" that sort of sinched it for me.

she is an expert at pinching the baby and rocking the cradle too. now tell me ----how do i get on with her??!!

We "tolerated" each other. That's about all I can say.

I got on famously with both of my in-laws and miss them very much!

I enjoyed her. She was great. Better than her daughter. When we divorced, Mom even stopped by my ne wplace to tell me that I would always be her son. Sweet sweet lady. Don't know what happened with her daughter!
