Help answer this question below.

Iam 46 years old i just got out of prison and its hard to find a job in indianapolis and what company that will hire me with a past.

    My brother went through that some years ago. He eventually found work with a small plumbing company that trained him as a plumber. I think you will have a hard tiem with any large organizations, but if you can find a small one, the one or two peopel that run the place might get to know you and find out that you are more than your past.
