they are said to have cost over $2 million for that balloon escapade. i say, non-overlapping 13 month prison terms, followed by $30,000 a year restitution until they both die. deportation of mom would only hurt the kids. the mr. ought to have his head examined and followed closely by parole. children's services ought to visit randomly at least monthly to assure that the kidz are safe and well cared for.

humm aside from maybe a little jail time, and really big fines, they will honestly probably just fade away. I am sure that is not what they wanted, but it is probably what will happen.
