How do we rate answers? No matter what I press, it won't give an uprate or downrate.

What's your web browser and operating system? I've been able to rate answers without issue so far.

Yes it will, or it should. Mine is working. First off, you have to wait for a hover box. If you don't want to wait for a hover box, go to your profile, select preferences, and then click on the points pop up box to disable the delay. Or vice versa.

Are you a confirmed user? If you're not confirmed it should pop-up a dialog with a message stating you need to confirm your account. Level one users will not see the variable points pop-up on ratings.

press the f5 key, it should work then, then everyone give me points for telling you how to fix it :):)
