Nobody's to blame. Sometimes people are just drawn to each other. They don't conspire or plan. It just happens. The only thing to do is to stay away from each other, but the feelings could still go on for years afterward.
It happens, married men look more responsible and together to single women.
No touchie, no foulie. But if you want to put blame somewhere, it goes to both of them. The woman for settling for such a pathetic situation and the guy for allowing it.
It's just one of those things, until or unless they act on the impulse. Then both of them would be faulted.
