I wouldn't personally. He could fire you if things turn south. Or people might think he/she is showing you favoritism. Most companies have a policy about managers dating subordinates. I would look into that before you do. Now saying that.... Love is love not matter what package it comes in.

Having the relationship is not the problem. What happens when you break up seems a bigger problem.

I would think its a big risk of losing your job if the relationship ends. Also if there is a company ban on relationships in the workplace you both might get fired anyway.
