Does it piss you off when people ask a question, then don't bother to give points or even comment on your answers? Are they just point whores seeking points for their questions, or what?

Well instead of being annoyed just do not give their questions points till you get points off of them if it is a problem.

I know of one that does this,I simply don't answer their questions anymore.

Most people who do that are brand new users who just don't understand the system. The only long-term user I know of who does it suffers from a psychological disorder and probably doesn't even realise that he is annoying anybody.

yes it does and I have just quit answering their questions. I know of at least 3 that never give points or comment and 1 that gives ONLY his friends points. Then ignores everyone else's answer. It is even worse when they ask 200 questions a day and never acknowledge any answers. They are point whores plain and simple. That's the best way to describe them.

i don't really care about the points, but the lack of comments does bother me. i am not really sure what the points are good for can i redeem them for cash prizes?
