yes, I believe watching someone totally enraged hitting walls and/or what not can be mentally harmful. The definition of stress has to do with the activation of the fight or flight response, and our repression of that response. If someone punched a wall right in front of me because they were angry and I didn't do anything, I'd be totally stressed out. If the person who punched the wall did it in response to something I did or said, I'd be FREAKING OUT!! I have my own issues and baggage, I can't imagine a guy with anger issues being worth the extra effort.

I would hope that he never hit anyone ,as it sounds like he has some anger issues,and really anger management might be an option ,as one never knows never really sure when you see people punching walls and other objects ,and if it were myself doing these things i would be looking for help and advice from the right people.+4
