How come most petting zoos don't have cool animals like bears,or lions you can pet?and before you state the obvious i'm talking baby ones.

Because they grow up and turn into full size lions and bears.

Firstly, even baby ones can deliver pretty nasty injuries - even a tiny bear or lion could probably injure a small child. Secondly, they grow up fast: a six month one one of either could badly hurt a adult and kill a small child.

Because if petting zoo's did have them they would run a huge risk of having me break in after hours and their some furry beasts.
