I recently put my labret to 6g. i have to take it out for work. when i'm done with work it shirnks. is there any way to hold it open when i'm working with out management noticing?

Go back to the place where you got it done, and ask them if you can buy some sort of clear retainer to hold the hole open during work. Most workplaces allow these, as they cannot be seen by a customer unless they are very close to your face.

try a flesh colored retainer. it shouldn't be too hard to find one online if you look.

If you recently stretched, you shouldn't be taking it out at all for a month. At first, there's not a lot that you can use to hide and is safe for new stretches. If you can find a skin colored glass labret, that would be perfect. Even metal with a flesh colored disc end might work. I think clear glass would be noticeable as a large hole. At around a month you could get a silicone plug in a flesh color.
