Help answer this question below.

My female budgie won't come out of the box that we put in there for her hoping she would lay eggs the male is sticking close by i looked in the box but didn't see any eggs does this mean she is going to lay some soon or whats the deal?

    Here's the secret to getting your budgies to mate and lay eggs,... are you ready?;

    LEAVE THEM ALONE! Your presense and constant checking is disturbing there enviroment, they won't mate or lay if they feel threatened by something 200X there size. See, easy math.

    She not be totally ready to lay the eggs, if she is even pregnant. It can take a few days sometimes for the females to lay eggs, and even when they do, they lay on them so you cant see them. As long as the male is watching over her, she will be fine, or possibly she is comfy in there.
