It supercedes the typical tort claims process for injuries and uses a no-fault system to compensate people injured by some vaccines. . Claims are processed administratively, with a right to appeal denials to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. . The list is updated regularly. Currently, the seasonal influenza vaccination is covered. The H1N1 vaccine is not on the list, but my understanding is that this is going to change very shortly. .
