  • My guess is that she was either not invited to those communities, or she just isn't welcome in them. I sure as heck would not want her in MY neighborhood, unless she was dispensing $100 bills. +5
  • Those are all heavily populated areas, traffic and pedestrian wise. Coming from a small town, it's probably a bit over whelming.
  • I have no idea, and more importantly, don't care.
  • 1) She's not welcome there. 2) They don't represent the "real Americans" she pandered to during the 2008 presidential campaign. 3) She'd have much more luck selling her book to people in the Midwest who will believe everything she says, regardless of whether or not any of it is rooted in truth. (It's not.)
  • Probably because she doesn't anticipate much in the way of book sales but does anticipate antipathy and abuse. It may involve security concerns. . This is a book tour, not a political campaign. Her choices of venue should be involved in flogging the product because that is what authors are supposed to do.
  • I would say that the audiences in these cities are very sophisticated and she would have hecklers that she would not be able to handle. She has no place in big time politics and I am at awe that the major news organizations even pay attention to her.Maybe they are as brainless as she is . It is a joke to think she is a rogue.She as old fashioned mainstream as a person could ever be.
