Eaton's stores in Canada. . It was a huge chain department store in Canada that had grown from a mail order store (i believe) in the late 19 th. century. . The Eaton's catalouge was used by our parents, but for us kids it was a great source of dreams and knowing what to whine for. . Eaton's was an institution that I think no one living in Canada did not know or did not buy from. When i took a trip back to Canada a while back i found they had gone belly up, fallen to family greed and mismanagement. . Old Timothy E. Eaton must have been spinning in his grave!
