Probably, if I could choose the jail. I knew someone who went to jail and it was like a holiday camp apparently. After receiving the $5M, I would be in much better position to effect change to peoples lives who have nothing

You know that if a homeless person committed a small crime, just to be arrested and housed, what do you think would happen for 5 million dollars? There are people among us, that will do anything for a buck, especially 5 million of them. I would not.

Tax free? I'm not doing it unless it's tax free. If it is, when do I turn myself in? Is it one of those rich people prisons like Martha Stewart went to? I can handle my own, and I know that would really help my family out, so yes. Lock me up.

I would turn myself in and gift wrap myself,but the money would be given to prisoners that have mental disabilities,crazy? not really,for a womderful charity.

If you were the person that stole the money and served five years......no If you tried to spend the money, after serving five years, then you would return to prison for concealing stolen property. Is a no win situation.
