If someone has had sex with 20-60 people, they are oviously "more experienced" than the one who has had sex with 1-8 people, but that doesn't mean the one with more experience is better, or more satisfying than the one with less experience.

First of all, I have a completely different term for someone who's had sex with 20-60 people. Yes, that person would be more experienced, but experience doesn't equal quality. With a partner, I'm looking for a true sense of intimacy and a fit that pleases both of us. When I'm looking for a mechanic, I want someone who's worked on a lot of engines. When I look for a partner, I want someone who can unlock the secrets of my my heart.
