Real. I don't need them to be super-huge either. They should be in proportion to the woman's body. If a woman has fake boobs which make her look like she's going to fall over, I'm turned off straight away.

The smaller the better, A-Cup and B-Cup preferred. I am not attracted to any size larger than that.
Natural is better than fake, even if they don't look "perfect". However, if a woman needs or wants to 'enhance' after breastfeeding or due to age, no problem, but to me, getting them blown up to some ridiculous-looking size is a huge turn-off.
