Don't you think that all new questions asked should be in the top 15 questions asked and not hidden somewhere in it's category?

No... You can get to unanswered questions by clicking the option. As for being "hidden in categories", the are in the categories in which the questioner placed them until they've been seen and flagged by others. Once flagged, they should be where they will get more responses if the original category wasn't a good one. AND, every time someone answers the question, it comes back to the top (home / new arrivals page) so new people can see and answer it if they so wish.

you can flip the switch and either line up the questions by point value, or by the date they were asked.
