Yes. A pudding bowl full of Scotts Porridge Oats. Made with milk and sugar. Cooked in the microwave for 4mins on high. Delicious. Fills me up till lunch time.

Yup, I eat cereals (various) with cold milk every day, I don't feel like eating something heavier in the morning. If I run out of milk or cereals I just skip breakfast.

I have a terrible habit of eating English muffins and eggs lately because I love them. But that is a very high caloric (to me) non healthy idea. I would be best off with fruit and coffee. I must have the coffee beyond any food.

No. I either skip it or rotate through about six different things. Oatmeal, cold cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt or eggs.
