  • The only place I know for sure is Family Video if you have one in your part of the country.
  • Where I used to live, there was a video store (Video Headquarters) that had the machine to do that. I don't know if any of the video chain-stores have them, know how to use them, or are willing to do discs for other people, but it's worth a shot. If you can't find a place with a CD buffer, there are also a couple of tricks I know that usually work unless the CD looks like it was chewed by a dog. Toothpaste only works on minor scratches, but sometimes that's all it takes. Brasso can handle the heavier ones, but you need to watch how much pressure you use.
