Yes. It describes a very adolescent sort of crush that isn't appropriate for a grown man. I'm guessing he must not get much play if he can fall in love so quickly with a girl on the subway. "We shared a moment that will last until the end"? Really? How sweet. He's investing an inordinate amount of emotion on such a brief encounter.
