I would, yeah. Do all that they say to keep them clean to minimise risk of infection - and salt water rinsing does help that way. I can only imagine how painful an infected nipple could be...

Salt water dries out your skin and may cause irritation. From what I understand, you can get a special piercing cleaning solution from most parlors. Or else regular soap and water works just fine.

i never did that, just get some bactine and use that to clean it out. and dont change the rings out for awhile, and dont play with them too much. you want to twist them maybe about 2 times a day though to make sure that the skin doesnt heal on the ring though.

no but it does tuffen up your nipples and it feels good also use bactean

You should follow the directions that were given to you by the person who did your piercings. The salt water rinses aren't necessary, but they do help. As someone else said, you do not want to end up with a painful deformed nipple from an infection. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Warm salt water soaks can work wonders in healing piercings. You can use them both for healing and to treat minor infections. Make sure to use only sea salts. The salts draw any infection out, I would definatly not recommend skipping it. After I got mine done it was the only thing that really helped.
