Let's break this down: 1) Can a question be an answer to another question? Yes. Another way to phrase it is, "Can I answer a question with a question?" The question "Why?" is a good example. The answer could be "Why not?" 2) Can the aforementioned answer/question "Why Not?" also have an answer? Yes. That question/answer, "Why not?" can, itself, have lots of answers.
  • Sure for example: Why do we get a fever? And the question: We get a fever because our body is fighting of a virus, but how does the virus enter our body?-answers the first question.
  • The English language has over a million words, the possibilities of what you can do with those words are limitless.
