Your phone keeps a record of missed, received and dialed calls for a few days or weeks, depending on how many calls you make. Navigate from your phone menu to the calls feature, and check the lists of received and dialed calls there. Numbers are automatically deleted from this call log on an ongoing basis as the list fills up, or you can delete all or some numbers from the current list from your phone. You can also dial 611 and follow the instructions on your phone to get MyMetro set up, which gives you access to your account from your phone and is free to use. From there, you can request additional services and make customer support inquiries.

Legal Inquiries

MetroPCS, like other cell phone carriers, is required by law to keep a call log on file, and this phone call history can be subpoenaed for individual customers if your call log is needed for some reason in a court of law. A number of personal records search services also exist that you can use to locate a phone call history and other information about your own MetroPCS phone if the phone has been lost or stolen. These services usually charge a fee anywhere from $25 to $200 for a range of personal record search services.
